okay some i ask that all women read this even those whom dont have men as their preference; but i felt i still should share this with all the women because we all have a son, nephew, brother, cousin that we care bout an want whats best for them. I have also tagged men in this as well. because they need to hear this too..

Women say they was a genuine man, understanding man, a better half, a man whose gonna take car of home.

Notice i said boy and not man.... neither of those above deserve to acknowledgment of being a man.
just because a male is over da age of 18 and 21 does not consider him to be a man. Truth be told its some teens out here and adolescents out here that are doing what a MAN need to do. age has nothing to do with being a man.

Boys these days are fallin further and further off track just because of the music they hear, the videos they see and the activity they right right out side their door...
1) Music/ Music videos: i can bet wel all have listened to all these artists that are out today who music is negative in different ways and love some of their music... but, can you name 10 artists out here who is talkin bout da realness in life and the positive things and whom could be a positive mentor in you childs life.. and how they hope for change and talk about empowerment. name some... besides nas. krs one and Rev Run... i mean artists out today... AND no T. I doesnt count. true he speaks of change. but how can u take da word of a man who falls back on his own word. not saying he was in da wrong. da measures he took was to protect him and his family like a man should do. but, he went the wrong way about it. 2 wrongs dnt make a right. ...

yeah we have a few R&B artists out here that still singe about Love and what a REAL MAN is supposed to be... but the whole rapper/ wanna be wanksta is more in ..
Most females now would rather go for a BOY, dat feels he has to prove his man hood by beating beating on her, beating on others that have no competition to him, killing ppl with drugs, & man made weapons. Rather than give the sensual; caring, sweet hearted, honest hard workin blue collar and white collar Man who is willing to care for kids that arent even his; the time of day.
Ladies you cant have your cake and eat it to. Like i said u cant change a man who aing willing to see the wrong in what he is doing and change for him self.
If you have ever watched a show called Gang Land on Spike tv. About all different gangs ranging from Chicago gangs to LA gangs to lil unknown towns in all these states... Some if not most of these members say they know what they got them selves in to. Most have been shot plenty of times; had they boys shot plenty of times. and still to this day will stand in ur face and tell u they they will die for their gang. If they willing to die for their gang. wat does that say bout their morals towards their families and girlfriends and children. these are not men these are boys who get off on hurting others. and making a quick dollar rather then tryin the right way.....
now dnt get me wrong its some guys out there doin the illegal things to keep a roof over their head, and food in their familes mouths. some of these males are men for having their priorities right when it comes to the reason they are doing what they are doing. but they are going the wrong way about it which would lead them down the wrong road....
these boys & men are our children that looked up to those men and boys prior to them when they were younger. we cant let this cycle continue. why deal with a boy who care more for his gang and gettin money for material things rather than caring for his family and most of all his own life. why put your self through the stress the drama da heartache and pain...
yeah it starts at home.. and it also start with the males whom you have around you children. they are easily influenced by what they see and how easy some things are to get. if you have da right man at home. and the right ppl in that childs life you can end up with a GREAT MAN later down the line.
so i ask you women what is it that you want in a MAN?........
and before you answer that seriously think it out because u dnt want it to be to late and dat boy you so in love with ends up killing you....
I ask you males what can be done to change this?
and after reading this does this give you second thought about the influences in lives of these kids..
